Environmental Action was formed in 1990 with one major goal: to provide a service for our customers that is safe, professional and economically feasible. We realize that proper training, management and supervision are of the utmost importance in this highly regulated and sensitive industry. Safety is a top priority for our company; we maintain a current safety program (available on CD-ROM) and have a Safety Director on staff.
Environmental Action employs a professional approach with the solutions to our customers’ concerns regarding asbestos abatement, mechanical insulation, fireproofing and all types of environmental remediation. The owners of Environmental Action also own and operate four additional service industry corporations. This enables us to draw from a large labor pool for the manning of large projects. We are aggressively seeking to establish new customer relations that can be beneficial for all parties concerned.
We are fully insured with “A” rated occurrence type insurance with the capability of increasing our limits to $15,000,000.00 for General Liability as well as Environmental Pollution Liability. We have bonding capabilities of $5,000,000.00 per project with a Treasury Listed and “A” rated bonding company.

A. Don Jolley
President
A. Don Jolley has been in the environmental contracting business since 1984. He has worked in all aspects of the industry and is currently President and CEO of Environmental Action, Inc., which began in April 1991. Mr. Jolley has attended training from several EPA-approved training institutions and currently holds contractor’s licenses from the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri and Kansas.
Darwin Chesnut
OKC Operations Manager
Mr. Chesnut has been involved with asbestos abatement for twenty four years. Mr. Chesnut started in this industry with Dykon Services, Inc. in July of 1987. In June of 1992 he was hired by Environmental Action, Inc. as a Project Manager. He has been operations manager since 2000.
James Lambert
Tulsa Area Manager
Mr. Lambert has been involved with asbestos abatement for twenty years. Mr. Lambert started in this industry as a laborer in 1985 and was promoted to Field Superintendent in 1986 for Dykon Services, Inc. In 1991 he was hired by Environmental Action, Inc. as a Project Manager. He was promoted in 2003 to Tulsa Area Manager. Mr. Lambert holds a B.A. in Political Science, Oklahoma University – 1986.
